Start with typing the candidate's e-mail address in the 'Add Candidate' button on the candidate pool page! If the candidate's profile is available on DigitalWisers, you can send the candidate an invitation to add them to your pool. If the candidate's profile does not exist, you can create it yourself!
Meantime, you can search for candidates via DigitalWisers and send invitations to the candidates you want to add to your pool.

You can decide whether the job postings are visible to the HR Agents or not. If a job posting is shared with the HR Agents, HR Agents will also search and recommend the potential hires, including a commission fee.
